Scratch Kitchen and Taproom

I’ve been on the hunt for different foodie spots and I came across this one…And I’m so glad I did!

Scratch Kitchen and Taproom, in Cary, NC, was soooo good!

Here’s what I had:

🍹Strawberry Basil Smash…10/10

🍔 Truffle Macaroni and Cheese Burger w/ a Candied Bacon topper… 8/10

🍰 Coco Seduction… 6/10

The drink was very good! Just the right combination of sweet and savory. Enough to ease a rough day without leaving you hungover!

The burger was very flavorful. My only complaint (not really much of a complaint) was the edges were crispy with a burnt taste. My fries would have been good but they were cold.
 For dessert, I ordered the Coco Seduction; a chocolate layered desert with a chocolate graham cracker crust and whipped cream. It was ok. I would try something different at my next visit.
 

The service was very good and the staff was nice and welcoming!

Would I go again? YES!
