Old San Juan

I went to Puerto Rico to bring in my 43rd birthday and I had an amazing time! Puerto Rico is definitely known for its beautiful weather, warm beaches, and spectacular sights but I was there for one thing...the FOOD!

After a nice walk through the city, we stopped at Lupe Reyes. We opted to dine outside because the weather was amazing! It was surrounded by shops and boutiques. There were other restaurants that were near that contributed to the pleasing aromas in the air. We were quickly seated and offered drinks from the menu by our friendly waiter.

I ordered the street corn, flautas, chicken tacos, and margaritas. EVERYTHING was so good! By the time my third margarita arrived, I had to order another plate of flautas because they were so darn good. I almost wanted to lick the plate!

I was too stuffed to order dessert, but they had a few options that seemed to be very tasty!

This place definitely gets five stars from me!
